About
An urgent pallet sits behind another load. A warehouse stacker must first clear the entrance, then retrieve the urgent pallet and place it in the outbound area. This StartLux Decision simulation follows the complete sequence, including the final withdrawal of both forks. What the video shows - 00:00–00:14: Approach the front pallet, insert and raise the forks, then choose the next turn and carrying steps. - Around 00:14–00:35: Move the blocking pallet to an available buffer, lower it and withdraw the forks, then return toward the urgent load. - Around 00:35–00:56: Approach and insert the forks in stages, lift the rear pallet, and back out while supporting it. - Around 00:56–01:09: Carry the urgent load into the receiving area, lower it, and fully withdraw. The final frame reports one relocation and one outbound order completed. Pale vehicle outlines preview the current local movement or turn options. The panel shows the corresponding choice and probabilities. These previews do not replace the actual vehicle, fork and pallet state used to confirm execution. From a decision to a completed action The model receives slot occupancy, task priorities and vehicle state, then selects from bounded actions generated by the program. The supplied documentation describes a changing constraint: after the front pallet is lifted, another order reserves the nearer north buffer. The old preselection must be cancelled before an available destination is selected. The video retains the north-buffer reservation in its status header. The harness expands each choice into driving, alignment, insertion, lifting and withdrawal. It checks support on both forks and clearance before carrying, then confirms stable unloading and fork withdrawal before proceeding. Choosing an action and completing it are separate, observable events. Value and scope The example illustrates local warehouse decisions, stale-state handling and completion checks. The harness supplies the requirement to relocate before retrieval, the routes and the legal options; the model is not discovering an unrestricted warehouse plan. Choice probabilities are not task success rates. This entry was prepared from the supplied 1080p silent recording and project documentation. The interface text in the original video is Chinese. It is a fixed-scene MuJoCo simulation: the simulation was not rerun, the original inference traces were not independently audited, and no physical stacker was tested for this publication.
