A Claude Code plugin that runs as a plan-mode hook or a manual review command, listing omissions, contradictions and uncertainties item by item. Requires plugin installation and model credentials. The review command itself does not rewrite the plan. The software is publicly available. Using hosted models may incur additional API fees.
