Jev Highlight Cutter

A Python command-line tool and agent skill that reads captions and original timestamps, selects clips for a target duration, and uses FFmpeg to produce a rough cut with original audio plus a review page. Explicit permission to upload text is required before real scoring. It does not automatically create captions or background music. The software is publicly available.
