A Python document-retrieval tool that selects pages directly in short documents and narrows the search through a PageIndex tree in longer ones, without a vector database. Requires installation and model-service configuration. Suitable for exploring document-retrieval workflows. The software is publicly available. Using hosted models may incur additional API fees.
