Jev Anti-Spam Bot

Runs with Bun or Docker to identify advertising, invitations to unsolicited private chats, phishing, and other spam in Telegram groups. It uses short-term context to assess related messages. When configured as a group administrator, it can automatically delete messages that meet the threshold; messages are retained if model or Telegram queries fail. Requires bot credentials and a model API key. Source code is available to use or build at no charge; cloud model APIs and self-hosting may incur separate costs.
